The location is excellent, very close to Lisbon Airport, the city center, and places to eat. The room was good. The host was always available. There were useful amenities such as a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron. I liked the fact that Pirata was within a 5-minute walk.

I had a fantastic stay at Heart 1-Cozy Flat-Family Friendly. The communication from the host was excellent and we were assisted by a friendly neighbor upon arrival. The apartment was clean and well-designed, providing enough space for my family. I especially appreciated the baby cot, high chair, and bath that were provided for my little one. While parking on the street was a bit of a challenge, we were lucky enough to find a spot and the host even allowed us to do a late check-out. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable family stay.
